I bought this for my then 4 year old who was having trouble expressing how she felt, especially when she was really ticked off about something. Both the feeleez game and poster have helped her immensely with her anger, providing a way to express, talk about, and ultimately feel better about any feeling she is experiencing. I highly recommend this for any kid. The drawings are beautiful and each and every face provides a way to open up dialogue and discussion about how we feel.

I'm the mom of a 6-year-old and a 3-year-old. We put this poster up in our basement playroom and have used it often when the children are feeling upset or fighting with one another. I ask my children to point to the child they are feeling like, and we talk about how that child might be feeling and what they might need. It has been particularly effective for my 3-year-old. She often starts by pointing to the "angry" illustration, and after we've talked for a while, she points to one of the "happy" children and seems to be feeling more settled and calm. Very fun and highly recommended!
