I bought this for my son's 7th "Carnival" birthday party. My 11 yr old daughter and niece were in charge of the face painting. It was super easy to use and the kids had a great time with it. It washed off easily. It did seem to smear if they touched it...so maybe it never completely dried? It went along way because we just painted small pictures on their face, so we have a lot left over. The book that comes with it has pretty extreme ideas. Not ones that most people would use unless they were painting faces for a costume. It was great for our use and I would purchase it again.
